Oh no Plastic Man, you're the last one left!
But Plas has already had his turn at the 'serious' hero thing.
For the longest time, despite his quirky powers, he was used as the straight man in a wacky world.
To be honest I like the whole idea that his eccentric personality is his way of trying to both distance himself from his lowlife thug former life and embrace his shiny new Second Chance.
Let's hope they don't try to grim and gritty him.
Plastic Man you may want to run and hide in a corner where Bats can hopefully never find you.
(But seriously their expressions just cracked me up)
Oh lord.....what if they got Ambush Bug!?!
It's retarded logic like this that was one of the main reasons I've stopped buying comics (the other being I'm broke). It's like the big two have done nothing but stagnate with their properties. Overhyped events no one wants, needless reboots just to get the attention of fans, and so on. If Dan and Joe Quesada wanted our full attention, they should have doused themselves in gasoline, struck a match, and jumped off the roofs of their respected companies into a shot glass of water. Would have gotten more headlines and increased the intelligence level of the human gene pool.... slightly.
But no seriously. I've already disowned DC. I LOVED their light-hearted characters and series. Bart Allen (when he was Impulse), Tim Drake (before Identity Crisis), Kon (before the Teen Titans reboot), the rest of the Young Justice crew, Captain Marvel, Kyle Rayner (before the resurrection of Hal)...but especially Plas. I've loved him since the early issues of JLA, and he's the last DC character I like that has NOT been bitten by the Gritty Realism Zombies.
