I was really happy and excited when the crew from GAINAX stopped by my booth at the San Diego Comic Con!
I was so geeked out that I wasn't really paying attention to a potential Producer who stopped by at the same time. My buddy Howard Shum
had to tell the producer that I was a big time fan of Gainax and explained to him that Gainax is a famous Japanese animation studio, creators of FLCL, Gurren Lagann, Evangelion...
I probably missed an opportunity, I hope that the producer understood, but hey this is Gainax. And you gotta show proper respect to one of the greatest animation studios on the planet!
